Pierre Magdi CCF 2026 ITEVENTS, currently serves as Business Development Director for East Africa at Uptime Institute the global digital infrastructure authority. Since joining Uptime, he has been leading growth initiatives, supporting clients across the region in achieving mission-critical resilience, and promoting Uptime’s portfolio of professional services, certifications, and education programs.
With extensive expertise in the data center industry, Pierre’s background spans operations, maintenance, prescription, pre-sales, and sales. He spent the first six years of his career in data center operations and maintenance before joining a global leader in energy management and digital infrastructure solutions, where he spent over a decade managing strategic accounts across the Middle East and Africa.
In that role, he focused on delivering end-to-end data center solutions for cloud and service providers, helping organizations build resilient and scalable digital infrastructure environments.
A Bachelor of Engineering graduate (2008), Pierre has consistently delivered record sales, expanded territories, and achieved multimillion-dollar revenue growth across the MEA region. His strong technical foundation and deep understanding of the data center sales cycle enable him to build strategic partnerships and drive market success.
