With nearly two decades of international experience, Mennen has built a distinguished career at the intersection of digital transformation, innovation, and business strategy.
After earning both Bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science Applied to Management from Universitรฉ Grenoble Alpes, France, she began her career as a software engineer in the semiconductor industry before spending 16 years at Siemens, where she held a variety of strategic and leadership roles.
Her expertise spans business development, sustainability, digital transformation, Industry 4.0, Smart Cities, AI, IoT, software engineering, innovation, and strategic business modeling.
Passionate about making emerging technologies accessible, Mennen is recognized for designing and leading innovation bootcamps, interactive workshops, and Design Thinking programs that help organizations accelerate transformation and foster a culture of innovation.
