Amr Sameer CCF 2025 ITEVENTS
Eng. Amr Sameer is a seasoned Data Center Solution Architect and Presales Team Leader for Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with over 18 years of multidisciplinary experience in the field of mission-critical infrastructure and data center systems.
With a solid foundation in electrical engineering (Power and Control) from Alexandria University, Amr has evolved through various pivotal roles —ranging from implementation and technical office, to presales leadership. His professional journey reflects deep expertise across the full stack of data center systems: electrical, mechanical, and light current systems, along with DCIM and BMS integrations.
Currently leading the regional presales team at Intercom Enterprises, Amr has led and contributed to the design and execution of several large-scale and high-impact data center projects, including: MCIT Data Center B2, TIER III certified GACA and HyperPay Micro DCs in KSAUMNIAH HQ and Aqaba Digital Hub in Jordan NTRA, EGSA (Tier III), and EEHC smart metering DCs in Egypt17+ university data centers under the Ministry of Higher Education MODEE national initiatives in Jordan.
Amr’s core strengths include full-cycle data center solution design (from SLDs and UPS sizing to CRAC, rack, and PDU configurations), technical-commercial proposal development, and client/vendor negotiations.
He is also certified as a Schneider Electric DCIM Configurator, with hands-on experience in EcoStruxure platform deployments. Earlier in his career, Amr spent over 6 years in light current systems integration, bringing hands-on technical acumen to fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and F&G systems—an experience that continues to enrich his holistic approach to data center architecture.
With his rare blend of technical depth, commercial insight, and leadership agility, Amr Sameer is widely recognized for driving innovative, standards-aligned, and scalable data center solutions across the MENA region.
