He holds a Bachelorโs degree in Computer and Informatics and brings extensive experience in regulatory frameworks and policy development within the information and communications technology (ICT) sector.
๐๐๐๐๐ฒ๐ถ๐ป ๐ ๐ฎ๐บ๐ผ๐๐ป has a strong background in evaluating and processing license applications for telecom network construction and service provision in Egypt. His expertise spans a broad range of telecommunications services, including satellite-based GMPCS, VSAT, mobile value-added services, Class B data licenses, AVL systems, and IoT-related licenses such as LPWAN network operation and service provision. He plays a key role in developing licensing frameworks by conducting technical studies, market research, and benchmarking to inform regulatory decisions for both existing and emerging telecom services.
Additionally, he is responsible for drafting and reviewing regulations concerning imported telecom equipment, including VoIP devices, AI-powered systems, M2M communication units, and GSM repeaters.
Mr. ๐๐๐๐๐ฒ๐ถ๐ป is well-versed in key national laws/legal frameworks, including Telecom Law No. 10 of 2003, the Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, among others. Notably, he contributed to drafting the Implementing Regulations No. 2180 of 2019 concerning the deployment of intelligent transportation systems under Law No. 87 of 2018.
