About Mohamed Talaat
With over 26 years of experience in the networking industry, Mohamed Talaat is a seasoned expert in Switching, Mobility, Routing, and Software-Defined Networking (SDN).
Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer of IP Solution at Huawei, Mohamed leads enterprise networking strategy across Egypt, driving digital transformation across multiple sectors.
Prior to joining Huawei in 2021, Mohamed spent 20 years at Cisco as a Technical Solutions Architect Lead, supporting clients across North Africa and the Levant. Since 2023, he has focused on advancing Huawei’s IP enterprise portfolio, tailoring innovative solutions to the needs of public and private sector partners in Egypt.
He holds a BSc in Engineering, a Diploma in Computer Networking from ITI, and an MBA from ESLSCA Paris University.
