Mostafa Ismail CCF 2026 ITEVENTS, is Vertiv‘s Thermal Lead Engineer for Thermal Products across the North East Africa zone, a role he has held since July 2024. He brings over a decade of progressive experience in data center electromechanical and thermal engineering, built across leading regional facilities and technology providers.
Prior to Vertiv, Mostafa spent over two years at Schneider Electric as a Senior Field Engineer, responsible for the company’s cooling solutions, including the Uniflair and APC product lines — the foundation of his specialization in precision cooling.
Before that, he held progressively senior roles at Raya Network Services, advancing from Senior Electromechanical Engineer to Team Leader Engineer within Data Center Facilities design, installation and management, following an earlier position as Electromechanical Engineer at Raya Data Center.
His early career included mechanical maintenance engineering within an industrial manufacturing environment.
Mostafa holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Alexandria University. His career reflects a consistent trajectory through data center facilities management into specialized thermal and precision cooling engineering, culminating in his current regional technical leadership role at Vertiv.
