Shaimaa joined Dar in 2006, shortly after graduation from Electronics and Communications Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University. She has major participation in design of Information & Communications Technology, Security and Special Technology Systems in a wide range of projects undertaken by the Firm in the Arab Gulf region, the Middle East, Africa and Asia mainly including airports, land-ports, healthcare facilities, mixed-use complexes, educational developments, residential compounds, commercial and tourist complexes.
In July 2014, Shaimaa has been certified as a Data Center Design Consultant (DCDC) from Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI), she was the first to hold this certification in Egypt; Shaimaa is also certified as Accredited Tier Designer (ATD) from the Uptime Institute, Registered Communications Distributions Designer (RCDD) from BICSI and Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute (PMI).
Shaimaa is recognized as trailblazer by Project Management Institute and recognized as subject matter expert by BICSI’s RCS Committee.
