David K. Bain is Vice President of Standards for the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA). He is the former CEO of TM Technologies, a wireless communications research company which was acquired by ComSovereign.

A senior ELV/ICT Engineer. His experience was gained from working in both "design" and "Operation & Maintenance" fields. As for the design field, he has been working with ECG consultancy company-Qatar branch since August 2013 till present.

Steve is international SME and thought leader, and the executive director of education and business development for SCTE·ISBE. He is responsible for overseeing the architecture and evolution of educational programs, credentialing, and customized career progressions, as well as business development and partnerships.
