Eng. Anas Abdelhafez is currently the Director of Smart Cities and Communities at the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) of Egypt since 2016 with expertise in #design, #planning, and #managing the implementation of #telecom #network #infrastructure.
For the last five years, Eng. Anas focused on adopting diverse #solutions of #ICT #infrastructure to improve integration between different utilities, such as #transportation, #waste #management, water, and power grid management as strategic #infrastructure in #smart #cities.
Eng. Anas believes that proper planning of a modern and comprehensive #ICT #infrastructure is the key to a #smart and #sustainable city.
